Shuffle the Mobsters
Start Buildin'
You know what's cool about Goons, Thugs and Hitmen? Every game is different. The game contains 83 Mobsters but you're not usin' all of them. Which means that every time you play, the characters and the amount of each category that end up on the Block will be changin'.
Alright, the goal is simple: build the biggest Crew. Sounds easy enough, right? Respect gets Goons, Rackets take Thugs, Contracts hire Hitmen and Heists haul in Stolen Goods.

Usin' A Bonus
Not all cards are equal. There are some that may double the Mobsters you'll be takin', or even more! Also, you might wanna lighten the characters on the Block. Pinched cards ship Mobsters to the Big House and Whacked ones will send gangsters to the Graveyard. If you can't make those guys part of your Crew, then make sure nobody gets to add 'em.
Crew cards do alotta things. They won't pick you up any Mobsters off the Block, but they can let you nab a few off some other fool's Crew. Yeah, they let you snatch his Goons, mess with his Thugs, and maybe even, make him ditch some of the Stolen Goods he just lifted.
Enough with the trainin' wheels. It's time to pick up the pace.
Crew Cards
C'mon, did you think we'd be playin' this game with only 10 Mobsters? When the Block starts gettin' empty, it'll be time to add some more crooks and con-men.

Rats
When buildin' a boss Crew, there's only one thing that can wreck it all - a Rat. A dirty, worthless, doesn't deserve to be existin' above ground Rat. Yeah, you REALLY don't want one a those! 'Cause if you got one, then you'll be losin' ALL THE Mobsters in your outfit... unless.

Becoming The Boss
What did you think this was all take, take, take? Nah. Sometimes you might have your eye on somethin' and before you can grab it...
How do you win? C'mon, are you kiddin' me? You gotta collect the biggest Crew and the most points! Good luck. You're gonna need it.
